Refund policy

Fabrics are cut to order, so returns are not generally accepted.

Eligibility

• Item must be unused, with original tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt.
• Email contact@fabriculture.ca to begin a return.
• If accepted, we will provide a return shipping label.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original (once accepted) and place a separate order for the replacement.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days back to your original payment method. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received a refund, please contact us at contact@fabriculture.ca.
