How is this fabric produced?
Each metre is hand-loomed by master weavers using traditional pit-loom techniques. We work directly with weaving clusters in Maheshwar and Ahmedabad.
How should I care for cotton and linen?
Hand wash cold or dry clean. Avoid wringing — line dry in shade. Iron on medium heat while slightly damp for the smoothest finish.
Will the fabric shrink after washing?
Pre-washed fabrics may shrink 2–3% on first wash. We recommend washing a small sample first if you're tailoring to exact measurements.

About our Cotton & Linens

Hand-loomed natural fibres sourced from weaving clusters in Maheshwar and Ahmedabad. Each metre is woven on traditional pit looms — breathable for warm climates and softening with every wash. Cotton runs cool and crisp; linen wears in beautifully with a relaxed drape after a few wears. Both take dye exceptionally well, which is why we use them as the base for our hand-block prints and natural-indigo collections. Read about our process.
